Chris Kollman

After 45 years in banking, Chris Kollman has chosen an encore career with Foundations Commercial Real Estate. Chris has been licensed with the Kansas Real Estate Commission since 2004. He has sold listings across Kansas in various markets during his career in financial services.

Chris enjoys helping people. He shares his experience and knowledge gained through years as a loan officer with his clients. He has worked with customers from many different industries and he understands the challenges faced by business owners. His advice and mentoring can go beyond the real estate transaction.

Nine years ago, Chris and his wife, Ginger, moved to Lawrence when he accepted the job of market president for RCB Bank. Lawrence is now their home and they love being part of the community. Chris became a member of the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce upon arrival in Lawrence. He served two terms on the Lawrence Regional Airport Advisory Board, two terms on the Lawrence Junior Achievement Board of Directors where he chaired the Lawrence Business Hall of Fame three years. He currently serves on the Douglas County 4-H Foundation Board of Directors along with other various clubs and organizations.

Chris earned his B.S. degree in Finance/Marketing from Fort Hays State University. He is a graduate from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado.
